Is it mandatory to create a Slassy account for shopping?

No, you don't need to, but there are multiple advantages you get by creating a Slassy account including a faster checkout process.

For unregistered users we will create a new account with the email-id you provide during checkout and mail the account details to that email-id.

How to create a Slassy account?

Click the Login/Register link in the top right corner of the page and enter the required details. We will send you a verification email. You need to click the link provided in the email to verify the account and complete the registration.

Is it safe to use credit-card or debit-card with Slassy? / What will happen to my credit card information?

We do not store any of your card details. We connect to third party payment gateway using secured channel.

Our site is Verisign secured. Our payment partners EBS and Payu have achieved the new PCI DSS Standards of Compliance, which make them one of the most secure payment gateways in the world.

How does COD work?

During the checkout process select Cash-On-Delivery option and enter the image verification code. On completion of your order within 24 hours you will receive a confirmation email followed by confirmation call from our customer care to the phone number you gave while placing the order. Once confirmed through phone, we will proceed with the shipping. On receiving your order, please pay the order amount in cash to the courier person.

Are there any terms and conditions for a COD purchase?

The minimum order value for a Cash-On-Delivery payment is Rs 350.00 and the maximum order value is Rs 20000.00. It is strictly a cash-only payment method.

I have a coupon code, How to use it?

You can use the coupon against any of your purchase made at slassy.com. Enter the coupon code in the shopping the cart before proceeding with the checkout process.

Once your package is shipped you will receive an email and an sms with the shipper details and tracking number. This information can also be found in your "My Account" page.

Gift Cards

How do I purchase a Slassy Gift Card?

To purchase a Slassy Gift Card you need to enter the details of the recipient for whom you want to send the Gift Card and pay for it using your Credit Card/Debit Card/Netbanking/EMI option. The gift card will be sent instantly to the recipient and can be used by him to make purchases on Slassy.

How are Gift Cards delivered?

Gift Cards are delivered by email directly to the recipient. A copy of the Gift Card is also sent to the sender.

What is the validity of Slassy Gift Card?

Slassy Gift Cards expire 1 year from date of issue.

Referral Program

Refer your friends and earn Slassy credits! You will receive Rs 500 credits (via 2 coupons of Rs 250 each) when each of your referral registers with us. This will be added to your account as a Store credits, valid for 15 days. You can redeem this against any purchase of Rs 1,500 and above. You also earn Rs 500 when your referred friends make their first purchase worth Rs 750 and above. This is added to your account as two credits of Rs 250 each, valid for 15 days. You can redeem these against purchases of Rs 1,500 and above.
